On Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at the School of Economics in Murska Sobota, a lecture titled a lecture entitled »Can the strongest pump fail?« was held. The lecture was within the framework of the »Nepopustljivo srce« (Relentless Heart) campaign, part of the Programme for Awareness and Empowerment on Heart Failure.

Doc. Dr. Jerneja Farkaš Lainščak, Ph.D. med., spec. Public Health, the Head of Research at the General Hospital Murska Sobota, talked to the pupils and presented them the anatomy and physiology of this pump (heart) and its most common diseases, which are also causes of heart failure.
