On Tuesday, 29 May 2018, a second cross-border meeting of the Regiohelp Institution Network was held in the Austrian town of Voitsberg. The bilateral meeting, which took place at Haus des Lebens, was attended by project partners, including the Centre for Health and Development Murska Sobota and the Faculty of Economics and Business Maribor. In addition, other participating organizations of the project and invited institutions from both sides of the border took part in the meeting. The meeting was primarily intended for the presentation of individual institutions and examples of good practices in social and health management in the Voitsberg area and the exchange of experiences between Slovene and Austrian institutions. The participants of the meeting were divided into three groups according to different themes. They three discussed topics were children and adolescents, health care and mentally and physically handicapped people. At the end of the day, the constructive discussions of the participants highlighted the situation in the mentioned areas for both parties, while at the same time they brought possible solutions to problems that the institutions face on both sides of the border.
